Hybrid Presents | Development Assistant
As a Development Assistant at Hybrid Presents, I support the development and production of original film and television projects from early concept stages through delivery. Working closely with producers and executives, I assist with script coverage, creative development, project tracking, production coordination, and day-to-day operations across a diverse slate of projects.
My role involves coordinating communication between creative and production teams, organizing development materials, assisting with project research, and supporting producers throughout the production process. Through this position, I have gained hands-on experience working across multiple stages of film and television development while helping manage a high-volume production pipeline.

Working on these productions (among many others) has provided valuable experience in both the creative and logistical sides of the industry, strengthening my understanding of project development, production management, and the collaborative process required to bring stories from script to screen.
