30-minute animated dramedy set in the absurd dictatorship of Hogtopia.
The story follows Nadia, a sharp but reserved anarchist who infiltrates the government by taking a job as assistant to Corbin Hog, the incompetent, party obsessed incoming dictator.
Before this, Nadia’s activism was fuelled by petty but personal grievances, like Hogtopia’s policy of mandatory Friday dairy meals, which is a nightmare for her lactose-intolerant self.
Inside the regime, she meets a cast of oddballs: Boris, the calculating but secretly sentimental current dictator; Denis, Corbin’s chill younger brother and a reluctant insider; and Brian Michael Taylor, a disgraced Hollywood director now stuck running the propaganda machine.
In the pilot, Nadia fakes her way into the job after Corbin fires his assistant over a lunch mishap. She hopes to spy for the resistance, but complicates things when she catches feelings for Denis, the only Hog who isn’t an idiot.
